Who receives your information?
Our website contact form is hosted and processed by Netlify so that your enquiry can be delivered to us. Netlify may use subprocessors, including services that screen form submissions for spam. Its privacy statement explains its handling of personal information.
Our email provider processes messages and form notifications so that we can read and respond to your enquiry.
Netlify says it may process information in the United States and other locations. For applicable transfers to the United States it states that it uses the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and that it uses Standard Contractual Clauses where required. See Netlify's data privacy information for current details.
If you allow the embedded map, Google receives the technical information needed to provide that external content. Google says it processes information globally and, where required, relies on UK adequacy regulations, the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. See Google's data transfer frameworks and privacy policy.

How long we keep information
We normally keep an enquiry that does not lead to work for up to 12 months after our last contact. This schedule also applies to the corresponding Netlify submission and form-notification email. Where work goes ahead, we normally keep job and contract records for up to six years after the work ends. Accounting records are normally kept for at least six years from the end of the company financial year to which they relate. We may keep a record longer where the law requires it or a legal matter makes this necessary.
Our cookie preference is kept for six months unless you change it sooner through Cookie settings.
